Dear Residents,
We are looking forward to another terrific summer at Georgetown Apartments. We hope all of our residents will take full advantage of all the great summer amenities, including our beautiful outdoor pool, volleyball, basketball and tennis courts, picnic area, putting greens and the children’s playground. The pool will be opening on May 16th! The rules and regulations are included in this newsletter.
It is time to show our residents just how much we appreciate them. Resident Appreciation Week is coming! Mark your calendars because we are kicking off our annual Resident Appreciation Week July 6. We hope you will join us for a fun filled week loaded with great activities and friends. Please watch for more details.

In observance of Independence Day, the rental office will be closed Saturday, July 4.
