The Benefits of Renting
As renters, you are able to enjoy very low maintenance costs and the ability to choose a home closer to your workplaces, shops and other destinations. You probably already realize the benefits of renting versus buying a home, such as not having to cut the grass, or pay for any major repairs that are needed. You are able to come home, relax and enjoy the amenities Georgetown has to offer.
Rental Payments
As a friendly reminder, we all know that rent is due on the 1st of each month. Late fees are assessed if rent is not received by the 5th of the month. You can pay your rent 24 hours a day. You can drop off your rent in the office during business hours or drop it in the night drop box located outside the front door anytime day or night. You can also log onto rentpayment.com and pay your rent online. Please be sure to write your building & apartment number on your rental check.
Maintenance Corner
It’s that time of year again when we start to think of firing up the barbeque grill. However, due to the City of Merriam Fire Code, you cannot use a charcoal grill or LP gas grill on your balcony. If you have a patio/yard, you are able to have either a charcoal or LP gas grill as long as it is used and stored 10 feet from combustible construction (the building and/or overhead balconies).
Rent Reminder
There are so many things to do at the beginning of each month. Perhaps you planned a vacation, spent a busy week at the office or even faced the unexpected. With so many things to do and remember, we understand that you may occasionally forget to make your rental payment by the due date. As you know, late fees are assessed after the 5th of the month. Give yourself a break and sign on rentpayment.com to make your monthly rent payment. Your rent will automatically be deducted from your account each month, saving you time and money.
