Dear Residents,

It’s hard to believe that summer is almost over! Warm weather comes to an end and cool days begin. The summer parties were a blast! Thanks to everyone who participated! Keep an eye out for information regarding our fall party. Get out and enjoy the final days of the pool, as it will be closing on September 7. We would like to thank the residents for making this another memorable season and we look forward to many more.

Whether you are in your first apartment, or a longtime resident, there are many advantages you are afforded by choosing apartment living. We think you’ll agree apartment life is a perfect fit to any lifestyle. Maintenance repairs are taken care of promptly by our maintenance team, eliminating long waits and the expense of a hired service. Not only are there no maintenance costs, emergency service is available twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. You’ll also never have to perform routine repairs, seed or mow the lawn, trim hedges or shovel the driveway. The use of the fitness club, basketball court, playground, and swimming pools facility saves you hundreds of dollars a year.
