The Benefits of Renting

As renters, you are able to enjoy very low maintenance costs and the ability to choose a home closer to your workplaces, shops and other destinations. You probably already realize the benefits of renting versus buying a home, such as not having to cut the grass, or pay for any major repairs that are needed. You are able to come home, relax and enjoy the amenities Glen Oaks has to offer.

Rental Payments

As a friendly reminder, we all know that rent is due on the 1st of each month. Late fees are assessed if rent is not received by the 5th of the month. You can pay your rent 24 hours a day. You can drop off your rent in the office during business hours or drop it in the night drop box located outside the front door anytime day or night. You can also log onto rentpayment.com and pay your rent online. Please be sure to write your building and apartment number on your rental check.

Maintenance Corner

It’s that time of year again when we start to think of firing up the barbeque grill. The Maine Township Fire Code does allow you to use a charcoal grill or LP gas grill on your balcony. If you have a patio/balcony, you are able to have either a charcoal or LP gas grill as long as it is cleaned thoroughly of any hot coals/heating elements immediately after use.

New to the Neighborhood?

Some of our residents are new to Glen Oaks Commons, and we want them to feel especially honored. Greetings to all the fine people who now call Glen Oaks Commons their home. If you just moved here, please call or stop by the office with questions, comments or just to say, “Hello!” If you have lived here for a while, please help us to welcome our new neighbors!

Patio & Balcony Contest

Win some extra cash and enter in the patio/balcony contest! Glen Oaks Commons appreciates beautiful patios and balconies! Put your green thumbs to work and get planting those flowers. We will be judging balconies and patios this June and awarding prizes. Please look for flyers and e-mails with more information.

In our continuing quest to make life at Glen Oaks Commons as convenient as possible, we have additional storage rooms right here in our community at a very reasonable price. Call the office to reserve your space today before they are all gone.
