Clubhouse/Guest Suite
We provide the place, you provide the party! With the arrival of the holiday season, you may want to celebrate. Our clubhouse will give you enough room and convenience to invite everyone on your party list. If you have more guests than expected and need an extra place for them to stay, you can rent our guest suite. If you would like more information or wish to reserve the clubhouse, or guest suite please contact the office.
Food Drive
November is a time of great thanks, and also a time for giving. As you think of the many things you are blessed with and thankful for, give a thought to those who are less fortunate than you. Join us in trying to help. Merrifield is sponsoring a food drive starting in November. Please bring your donations of non-perishable foods to the office. Help give others a reason to be thankful.
Back To School
The school season will begin soon. We ask that all drivers pay special attention to students crossing the roads. Remember to always stop for a stopped school bus. Students, remember you are to wait for the bus on the sidewalk.
Maintenance Corner
Keeping your home in perfect shape is easy here because our staff is always ready to fix any problems. The most important thing to remember when calling for maintenance is: Too little heat will soon become NO heat, and a slow drip in your faucet can quickly transform into a heavy drainage. So don’t wait for the problem to become an emergency. Your prompt attention will save everyone, including yourself, a lot of time, expense and frustration.
Rent Reminder
Rent is due on the 1st of each month. We give you a grace period until the 5th of the month. Late fees are assessed on the 6th. For your convenience there is a rent drop box located at the office. You can drop your rent 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Please put your name and address on your check for proper posting. Please save paper and do not use an envelope.
