Manager's Corner

Dear Residents,

We are looking forward to another terrific summer at River Oaks Apartments. We hope all of our residents will take full advantage of all the great summer amenities, including our swimming pools, fitness center, volleyball and tennis courts and the playground. The pool will open Memorial Day weekend! The rules and regulations are included in this newsletter.

It is time to show our residents just how much we appreciate them. Resident Appreciation Week is coming!  Mark your calendars because we are kicking off our annual Resident Appreciation Week July 13. We hope you will join us for a relaxing week, filled with great activities and friends. Please watch for more details.

Here at River Oaks Apartments, we are dedicated to providing an environment that our residents will enjoy.  As you may have noticed, the community improvements are already underway. We appreciate your patience and cooperation as we continue to make River Oaks a great place to call home.

We are looking forward to another great summer and will continue to work hard to provide you with excellence in maintenance, management and customer service.

In observance of Independence Day, the rental office will be closed Saturday, July 4.
